The Fit Kidz dumbbell is made from sturdy and durable plastic and functions just like a real dumbbell. The little ones can attach the weight plates and secure them safely with the locks. This allows for all the exercises that can also be performed with a real dumbbell: curls, presses, clean & jerk, snatch, thruster, and much more. Just everything their big role models do. The bar weighs about 200 g, and each weight plate weighs 170 g individually.
