Adjust the device to meet your needs. The backrest can be adjusted to 3 positions at angles of 167 - 150°. The multifunctional bench combines the benefits of a flat and an incline bench, allowing you to perform a variety of exercises that target all muscle groups.
The foundation for strong muscles includes standard exercises like bench presses or bicep curls. The power station is excellent for chest exercises. With the butterfly arms, you can train with up to 30 kg per side. Weights are not included.
The seat measuring 290 x 300 mm and the backrest of the training bench are comfortably padded and covered with plastic. The padding is durable and easy to maintain. The frame of the dumbbell bench is made of sturdy steel and supports a maximum load of 100 kg. Be mindful of your own weight plus the weight of any dumbbells! With just a few adjustments, you can customize the multifunctional dumbbell bench to your liking.
