Product details

The SAS is the advanced version of the competition-proven Combat rim. The ultimate BSX, downhill, and jump rim is available with 32, 36, or 48 spoke holes. The SAS rim is made from a heat-treated T-10 alloy and is the first choice for anyone looking for a reliable and robust mountain bike rim for all purposes.

The anodized versions of our SAS rims can also be used with rim brakes. Naturally, the anodized surface will wear off, revealing the silver aluminum underneath. Since the braking surface is not CNC-machined, there is a break-in period.

Rim brakes should not be used with the white powder-coated version.
