The Ellyptech CT3 is powered by a low-maintenance ribbed belt. For precise load control, a permanent magnet brake system has been installed. This braking system works against the drive system, thereby regulating the training intensity. The load control is dependent on the speed and occurs in various increments. A quality ball bearing and a 12 kg flywheel ensure maximum training comfort and a very smooth operation. With the handlebars, you can vary your training position for even more comfortable workout sessions. Changing your grip position allows for greater engagement of the legs and glutes, making your workout even more effective. Monitoring your heart rate is important for effective training, and you can view your current heart rate on the training computer's display and even set your own target heart rate. An audible alert will sound if you exceed the upper heart rate limit. Heart rate measurement is performed using the oval-shaped hand pulse sensors on the handlebars and with the palms of your hands. Take the fitness test right after your workout and measure your pulse. Press the recovery button and hold onto the pulse sensors with your hands. You will receive a fitness score (1-6) displayed on the screen, which reflects your physical recovery ability. You can improve and motivate yourself with each training session.
