The large base with a diameter of 55 cm can be filled with water, sand, or gravel, allowing it to withstand even the hardest blows without tipping over. With its three adjustable heights, you can perfectly adapt the Perfect Punch to your body size: 162, 177, or 192 cm are adjustable. The freestanding punching bag is solidly constructed and made from easy-care PU material. Thanks to the large striking surface, you can train all punch and kick combinations 1 to 1 on the freestanding punching bag.
