The grooming halter made of leather is crafted from synthetic leather (100% animal-friendly). This synthetic leather does not absorb water or dirt, does not crack, does not harden, and does not change color. It is softer than real leather, making it much more comfortable to use. Since it does not absorb water, this halter is perfect for washing horses. The grooming halter has no throat strap, making it easy to put on and take off. Many top horse groomers prefer a grooming halter without a throat latch in the grooming box. The noseband is made of laminated synthetic leather. The size can be adjusted under the chin and on the left side of the head. The care halter features a gold plaque with our engraved logo. It can be reversed and personalized. All fasteners are gold-colored, perfectly matching our leads. This halter can be cleaned with our Kentucky Horsewear Tack Cleaner, which is specifically designed for cleaning our synthetic leather. Very simple and effective! Please do not clean with glycerin soap.
