The TX Guide Women is the most technical shoe in La Sportiva's TX series. This shoe has been developed for technical approaches, mountaineering, and via ferrata, making it suitable for activities in challenging terrain that require high-performance and durable footwear. This approach shoe is versatile, very lightweight, offers protection, and excellent grip. La Sportiva achieves this combination of features through a lightweight synthetic upper and a heavily profiled outsole with a high rock guard. Visually striking is the split sole, which is actually made from two different Vibram® rubber compounds: Vibram® MegaGrip and Idrogrip, providing the perfect balance of traction and durability. The profile-less Climbing Zone at the front allows for optimal grip on edges while climbing. Speaking of grip, the foot also needs to be well secured, which is ensured in the TX Guide by the lacing that extends far forward and the snug Tech-Fit design. The tongue construction is inspired by running shoes, preventing the entry of debris with its close yet softly finished closure. Despite all the desired firmness, the TX Guide provides the necessary cushioning through its soft Ortholite insole and EVA midsole, allowing you to tackle long distances comfortably.
