Ultraviolet light in the C spectrum (UV-C) is high-energy light with a wavelength of 200-400 nanometers. It works by killing and inactivating microorganisms and destroying their DNA, preventing them from reproducing. The UV-C light neutralizes all harmful bacteria, making the water safe to drink. Fill the bottle with water. Screw on the lid and press it to start purifying your water. The bottle has two modes, Normal and Adventure. Press the button once for Normal mode or twice for Adventure mode. Normal mode is indicated by a breathing sky-blue light, while Adventure mode is recognized by a pulsing blue light. You should gently shake the bottle during the purification cycle to allow the UV light to distribute evenly in the water.
