Perfect match for junior level and volleyball training ball. Lightweight construction of 230 - 250 g for easy handling. Hand-stitched with a butyl bladder. Inflation: All balls have the correct pressure printed around the valve. Properly inflating the ball is important to achieve a technically superior product. Over-inflating can damage the ball. When inflating the ball with a pump, the needle must be lubricated before insertion.
