“Runty” is the smallest and lightest sleeping bag from normani Outdoor Sports. When laced up, it packs down to just 13 cm x 13 cm x 17 cm, meaning it fits into any rucksack and proves to be a real space-saving marvel. A compression bag with four compression straps allows the sleeping bag to be compressed significantly. The sleeping bag is particularly well suited to longer hiking or cycling tours, as well as strenuous mountain stages, as its weight of half a kilogram is barely noticeable. Despite its low fill weight and thin fabric, the sleeping bag offers relatively good insulation.

The sleeping bag can also be used as an inner liner to boost the insulation of another sleeping bag. It can be zipped together with another sleeping bag of the same model to form a double sleeping bag. The hood can be pulled tighter around the head in cold temperatures using the drawstring incorporated into the hem. The rectangular shape provides ample space for sleeping. The zip runs in an L-shape along one side and at the foot end, allowing the sleeping bag to be unfolded into a 2.23 m² blanket on particularly warm summer nights. There are protective strips on the sides of the zip to prevent it from jamming when opening or closing.

The ripstop outer fabric has a water column rating of 5,000 mm and is therefore completely waterproof. This tear- and abrasion-resistant fabric has high notch resistance and will never tear completely if damaged, such as when caught on a tent pole. Thanks to its breathability, a comfortable night’s sleep is guaranteed.
