The SS is designed as a dry, race-ready, and fast-rolling tire for riders who want to go fast without sacrificing control, traction, and climbing capabilities. The SS features a completely new tread design that consists of a smoother, diamond-shaped center and more aggressive side knobs. This tread pattern allows the rider to maintain speed in corners and control over every transition that a gravel ride may present. The Gravelking SS has a smooth 120 TPI casing with a puncture-resistant nylon belt and Panaracer's own ZSG compound (Zero Slip Grip).

ZSG Natural Compound: This compound offers the same low rolling resistance as the premium compound. Its increased wear resistance makes it perfect for a durable training tire with excellent handling.

Anti-Flat Casing: The anti-puncture reinforcement throughout the tire enhances resistance to cuts and abrasions.

Advanced Extra Alpha Cord: The AX technology uses an extremely narrow cord woven into the casing at a very high density to ensure lightness and flexibility. This increased density improves resistance to cuts and scrapes.
