The mobility in all directions promotes stability in the foot and lower leg muscles. This allows for better identification of unilateral muscular and coordination weaknesses. To reduce the difficulty level, the larger standing platform (54x35 cm) can be easily attached. The movement can be adjusted from easy to difficult in 10 levels.
