The new generation Ange L carabiner is a blend of a traditional snap carabiner and a classic wire gate carabiner. It combines the smooth operation of a spring-loaded gate with the lightweight design of wire gate systems. Thanks to Petzl's MonoFil Keylock technology and the H-profile, the Ange L carabiner has a low weight of 34 grams and an optimal ratio of breaking strength to weight. The Ange L version is particularly suitable for users who want to save weight but do not want to compromise on the ergonomics of a standard-sized carabiner. The special shape of the nose makes it easier to clip and unclip the carabiner.
