The main difference between the Bosch E-Bike Power Tube 625 BBP291 and the BBP376Y lies in the design and the connections. The position of the connections may be different, which means that they are not readily interchangeable. The connections of the BBP291 and BBP376Y must match the respective mount in the e-bike.

I would only rely on a current picture. Galaxus had a horizontal one on sale, but then delivered a vertical one. At least they took it back without any problems.

According to the supplier, the difference is as follows: Article 56.77015, BDU 290 is installed horizontally in the frame. Article 56.77016, BDU 291 is installed vertically.
