The question has been unanswered for some time. However, it was answered for a similar product: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s3/QuestionAndAnswer/der-verzollungsnachweis-1510-wird-nicht-mitgeliefert-falsche-angabe-oben-das-boot-kann-also-explizit-111961

Hi Valentin, I bought the Excursion 5 and also had the same question. I contact the authorities, and NO it is not required to register the boat as long as you don't have a motor. There as been an amendment a couple of years back to the law to remove this length constraint. However you must not go further than a 150m away from the shore on lakes, otherwise you need to get it registered and have the required equipment (life jackets, etc) Hope it helps!

Yes, you can take your medium-sized dog with you as long as the maximum load of 600 kg is not exceeded and the safety of all occupants is guaranteed. The maximum load refers to the total weight of all passengers and luggage, including animals. Make sure that the dog sits securely in the boat and does not scratch or bite at the tubes. The maximum number of people is to be understood as a guideline, the weight is decisive. If you are unsure whether your dog could damage the boat, we recommend an additional pad or a dog harness. The information is based on the in-house product data and the official manufacturer's specifications.

Hi Jennifer, the same boat has been with me in Vanlife for over 2 years. About 6 months after buying it, I had to replace the bag that came with it. I found a convincing bag in specialised outdoor shops (Internet). The slightly different dimensions of the new bag make it easier to pack and, above all, more comfortable to carry.

Hello, there's nothing you need to do. You can drive a boat of up to 6hp without a licence and registration. But on this inflatable boat you cannot use just any engine, there is a maximum power indicated. Good evening
