Hello Philipp, yes, it is a steep surcharge, but since the new price was about 600.-, it was clear to me that the super price cannot be permanent. (at the moment it costs an average of 385.- online) but keep in mind that you have delivery times of about 4-6 weeks everywhere and here you will have it at home in 3-4 days, so that will probably cost you. I think the Mobicool is great, I've been using it for about 6-7 days now, it's brilliant :)
I just had the box in the bus for 2 weeks. With the temperature set to 7°, the fan rarely runs and is not annoying at all, even when sleeping.
I have a Volvo XC40, the DC-Stecker is a bit too long but if you stick it well it works. Otherwise here LogiLink CP0111
According to our information, the EU version is supplied with a DE plug and corresponding adapter.
Hello, according to the reviews and other questions I would claim the following: EU version comes with EU plug (Schuko) and the CH version with CH plug (Type-J).
Yes, this is the CH version, which is equipped with a Swiss power plug.
Yes, it fylfills it's specifications both if used on 12,or 230 V. In my opinion it's quite silent and doesn't disturb the sleep. This of course is an individual thing.
Yes, cooling down works completely with 12V. But you won't have ice-cold drinks in 30 minutes; a gastro cooler that is already pre-cooled will barely manage that. If you fill the cooler completely with warm drinks, it will take a few hours until they are ice cold.
What do you mean by battery? It has a battery voltage monitor and automatically switches off as soon as the voltage is too low.
I was expressly happy to have the DE plug, which works in many European countries. It is easier to have a CH adapter with you than vice versa (you can get one here very easily).

Here is the answer from our responsible department: There is no general rule - it depends on several factors, for example the ambient temperature and/or the situation in which the device is used (e.g. sitting in an enclosure in a camper van without much ventilation will result in higher consumption). Here are some test results from a Camper Van tester: - Ambient temperature 30 degrees Celsius : Consumption of approx. 32 Ah (384 Wh) per day (24h). - Ambient temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius : Consumption of approx. 19 Ah (228 Wh) per day (24h). - Ambient temperature 10-13 degrees Celsius : Consumption of approx. 13 Ah (156 Wh) per day (24h). Regarding your question, we received the following answer from the supplier: We do not know that. In this case, please contact WAECO/MOBICOOL customer service. The best option would be to check directly with the manufacturer. I am very sorry that I cannot help you.
Yes, or an additional (standard) device cable with the correct plug. If you travel around, you will need both and you can hardly get the usual adapters down.
Hello, on 12 volts the cooling capacity is somewhat lower than with 230 volts (compressor is somewhat throttled) but is still sufficient for minus 10 degrees without any problems.
Height just under 46cm Width approx. 37cm Length approx. 59cm, with 12V cable just under 60cm, with 230V cable just under 65cm CH adapter not included, must be ordered separately
Even for Fr. 311.- I would buy this cooler. Very quiet, cools perfectly. A few years ago, a cooler like this from WAECO cost more than twice as much with similar performance.
no, you have to buy the adapter.
This is exactly the problem I reported to Galaxus, but unfortunately they didn't feel the need to respond. From a legal point of view, this is clearly a product defect that requires rectification, so thumbs down for Galaxus!
