I weigh 93kg and the appliance has been running smoothly for two years now.

I attach mine to the rear wheel by the spokes so that the wheel can no longer turn. But it's a bit tight.

I don't know, I come from Germany. It's possible that the laws in Switzerland are regulated differently to those in Germany.

It has a brake at the front and rear that is released with only one lever at a time.

There are 2 versions, an EU and a DE version. Unfortunately, I was delivered the EU version, which does not have a data sheet and therefore cannot be registered properly. I would have liked to keep the scooter, as it is really good value for money (310€ for me), but unfortunately not if I can't register it.

Good morning. Approved means that you can drive it on public on public roads. In Switzerland, only scooters up to 20 km/h are allowed, otherwise you don't need insurance. If your mother wants to ride it more often in steeper passages, I would choose a scooter with more engine power. LG Andre Imboden

Yes, you can. The cover under the scooter simply has to be unscrewed and the battery is fixed with 2 Allen screws.

No, you can drive it without the app, but you can lock it (immobiliser) and control various other settings via the app.
In theory 20km, but thats not realistic. When the charge goes down, also the power reduces itself. Iam 84kg and with 50% batt charge its very noticeable. Biggest problem is the general lack of Power, it doesnt go uphill very much. Again iam 84kg, with lesser kg it might work better. -- my tipp. Dont buy it. Invest a bit more in the better models.
