Delivered 10 days later than advertised, resistance doesn't work, no customer support.
The bike came 10 days later than advertised on Galaxus. After we installed the bike and tried to use it and noted that the resistance never changed. We tried to call the company for support and no one answers the phone. We received one unhelpful response by email. Really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
Great bike. The screen is huge :) the bike is absolutely silent! A must have!

Service from Nordic Track and unfortunately also from Galaxus is very poor.
Unfortunately, I have to send the product back with a lot of effort.Contra
- Power cable does not work because of plug
- Software not stable, always crashes
