It's just an oil :-)
If you hold the tip down, it also runs out without pressure. So watch out or you'll get a mess.Pro

Used it to oil my Hammond T100 organs and it gave them a new life!
The original Hammond oil is very difficult to get, so I was reluctant to use this as a replacement, but it actually worked perfectly! The instrument works so much better after I oiled the motors and the tonewheel mechanism.
