The Alpine JB has a carcass density of 120 TPI and uses the unique VFA tread design, a pattern that is largely integrated into the rubber material of the tyre. Thanks to the inverted tread, the rolling resistance is smoother compared to conventional knobbly tyres, which also makes this tyre particularly durable.
