Cartridge replacement (recommended every 4-6 months). Replacement for carbon/resin water cartridge for installation under the sink. Filter range for installation under the sink to obtain clean, fresh water, with options for areas with hard or soft water. Turn off the water supply via the shut-off valve. Operate the self-closing faucet to relieve the water pressure in the pipe. Remove the hose from the inlet and outlet of the cartridge. If the replacement cartridge does not have push fittings, use the fittings and seal from the old cartridge with PTFE tape. Note the flow direction and connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the fittings. Slide the cartridge into the holder. Turn on the water and check for leaks. Flush to remove discoloration.
