CNC Bending is a special bending and drawing process by Spank that ensures constant and precise production throughout the entire handlebar manufacturing process.

Dual XGT describes the further development of Spank's XGT technology. Here, the wall thickness increases once more towards the handlebar end ("Impact Ends"). This makes the handlebar significantly more stable, which is particularly important in crashes.

The handlebar ends are massively reinforced in all available Spank handlebars, allowing them to withstand heavy falls, tension forces, or impacts without incurring significant damage.
