The Spencer B-Bak Max stands out from the standard B-Bak due to its significantly increased load capacity. Even the heaviest patients can be transported on this rescue board, which can support up to 454 kg. The 45 mm thin design has been maintained. For maximum flexibility in use, it features numerous cutouts, grip recesses, and more. Straps can be attached individually, and helpers always find a secure hold on the board, even in challenging rescue situations.
