The special construction of the frame reduces stress and allows for joint-friendly training. This enables gymnasts to achieve higher training frequencies. The feet are equipped with non-marking foot caps. - Easy height adjustment - The height of the balance beam can be intuitively and easily adjusted from 60 to 130 cm using a servo lift gas spring. From 60 to 90 cm, the height can be adjusted in 10 cm increments, and from 90 to 130 cm in 5 cm increments. Due to the special foot construction, the feet remain in the same position regardless of height adjustment. The adjustment up to 130 cm also allows for the use of additional soft mats during training. - Soft surface - The dimensions LxWxH 500x10x16 cm consist of a torsion-free special lightweight metal profile, covered and padded with hygroscopic artificial leather. The surface is 10 cm wide and significantly softer compared to conventional beams. The ends of the beam are made of PUR foam, which reduces the risk of injury during dismounts.
