The support pad relieves pressure on the hips and back during exercise execution, helping to prevent pain in the lumbar region. The additional pad can be connected to the main pad of the bench using the side Velcro elements. Thanks to the height-adjustable bench surface, you can also adjust the intensity to your training level. The rubber feet on the device ensure a stable stand.
