Each post features two welded, comb-like plates. The net height can be adjusted in increments on these plates without having to remove the net. To do this, simply loosen the net line slightly, position the carabiners at the desired height, and re-tighten the net. This allows for easy adjustment of the men's playing height (2.43 m), women's playing height (2.24 m), and many other heights. The adjustment range is approximately 50 cm. The posts are compatible only with nets that have a 6-point suspension.
