The Sport-Thieme boxing dummy "Boxing Man" is characterised as a free-standing training aid that is modelled on the human upper body and is therefore an excellent substitute for a real sparring partner. The base can be filled with water or sand so that the dummy is stable without the need for additional securing. The hardness of the material corresponds to that of a human body, which significantly increases the realism of punch training. In addition, the polyurethane (PU) construction enables a quick rebound, which further increases the dummy's usefulness in tough training exercises.
