The more upright you set the backrest, the more you engage the upper chest and shoulders during the bench press. This strength training equipment is designed for professional, long-term use in gyms, making it particularly durable. The rubber feet also ensure a secure ascent and stable position during training on the combination press bench. Barbell and weight plates are not included.
