The 27-series includes stoves for one or two people with smaller, hard-anodized cookware. This compact cooking set with a non-stick coating takes up minimal space in your backpack. Aluminum is a lightweight material known for its quick and even heat distribution, preventing food from burning in the center of the pan. The hard surface also provides good protection against scratches and wear. Ultralight aluminum is 50% stronger than conventional aluminum, meaning less material is needed in production, resulting in lighter storm stoves.

The non-stick coating is particularly well-suited for frying with little or no fat. Nothing sticks, making cleaning easier. The non-stick surface is somewhat more sensitive to scratches and wear, so it is recommended to use only plastic or wooden utensils.
