XENON HMS Screwgate
The Xenon HMS Screwgate is a pear-shaped carabiner with numerous features. Its geometry is optimized for weight, providing high holding forces, and the specially designed Keylock nose, combined with a tapering circumference towards the opening, significantly facilitates the release of a tightened clove hitch. The wide pear shape allows for secure rope management, making the Xenon ideal for belaying with a half hitch or as a central carabiner at a belay station. The Xenon Screwgate is also available in a version with a wire gate; the gate ensures that the carabiner is held in the correct position when used with a belay device.
