Who are the Gladiator Elite Kids Boards suitable for? The SUP boards from the Gladiator Elite series are the right choice for very demanding paddlers. Elite boards are primarily purchased by experienced paddlers who want to upgrade from their previous board and engage in stand-up paddling as a sport or even competitive sport.

How do Gladiator Elite Boards differ from the Sportime Seegleiter or the boards from the Gladiator Pro and Origin series? The difference lies in the manufacturing process: the Gladiator Elite Boards are lighter. A new Double Layer Woven process is used for the Elite boards, which means less material is used in the board. An Elite 126T weighs only 9 kg, while an Origin, for example, weighs 11 kg, making the Elite nearly 20% lighter. For competitive SUP athletes, every kilogram matters, which is why the Gladiator Elite Full-Carbon paddle also weighs just 600 grams.

The edges are reinforced three times and are resistant to collisions. The triple edge reinforcement gives the board additional stability. The Elite SUP boards sit rock-solid in the water, resulting in lower water resistance than most other SUP boards.

The boards from the Gladiator Elite Kids series have been specifically designed for teenagers and smaller adults. When children use adult boards, frustration can quickly arise as the required physical effort can easily overwhelm them. Not with these boards: they offer excellent gliding properties with low body weight and size. Both boards are only 12 cm thick and 61-64 cm wide.
