Does the DLX also have an automatic gas shut-off function when the flame is blown out by the wind ?

No, not this model, but the Camp'Bistro DLX with Stopgaz from Campingaz is! I personally find it superfluous because you can hear the flame and it quickly becomes clear if the fire is gone!
