Question about Finnlo by Hammer Bio Force Extreme
Does this equipment require any fixing to be done inside the ground or into the walls? Also Is it necessary to have a mat under the equipment or does it have enough rubber cushion of itself?
The unit is freestanding, and does not need any fixing to walls or floor. It has rubber feet, ut if you have wood floor, its not a bad idea for a thin rubber mat, but would say its also not necessary.
