Good day Does the bottom of the cooker get hot? I plan to use the cooker in the camper and wonder if I can put it on the wooden plate. Or what kind of base would be recommended? Thank you very much.

We also use the camper on a wooden plate, this does not get hot under the stove. Don't know how it is when the oven would run for 2-3 hours. But I don't think it's a problem.

I use the cooker on a wooden base. However, I have glued anti-slip pads to the feet so that it doesn't slip away so easily.
