You can't charge and switch on at the same time is not intended with VMAX
with other manufacturers it is partly possible

The first time the scooter should be fully charged without interruption. If the scooter were to switch on when charging, something would be wrong. Otherwise you will drive away with the cable plugged in ;-)

Cable plugged in when charging, display cannot be switched on, cable out then it works....
