Hello I received my SoFlow so4 pro today, assembled it, installed the app, registered it. Scooter connected to app as it looks everything ok except drive lever, does not work, motor does not respond. What can I do ?

Have you accidentally locked the scooter in the app? Then you have to unlock it. Or battery not charged. Or you have to push the scooter before you accelerate.
