Hello. As already mentioned, a mount is included. I also bought a Garmin Edge Aero mount for the road bike. I recommend this additional investment for a road bike. It's also available at Galaxus.

Yes, it comes with handlebar mounts. These are to be fastened with rubber bands, but this is perfectly sufficient. Additional, more expensive brackets do not bring any advantage.
