Hello, my So One Lite scooter doesn't go faster than 13 km/h in sport mode, is this normal? What else can I do?

I actually had the same problem once, but after a long search in various So Flow forums I managed to fix it. I can't remember how I fixed it, sorry. In any case, it wasn't a mechanical problem (I wouldn't have been able to do that with my two left hands anyway), but I probably had to press a button for longer or something similar.🤷‍♂️

No, that's not normal. Mine travelled at a maximum of 21 km/h. It must not go faster than that.
