I will be returning this appliance because it has not even reached 10 degrees after 24 hours. This was incorrectly formatted, because the supplier states that it can lower the room temperature by 18-22 degrees, so it will be a maximum of 22 degrees colder in the refrigerator than in the room/car itself.
