Question about Mobicool Mcf
Hello Unfortunately my handle on the lid (opening) on the Mobicool cooler broke. Has anyone had this problem before? If not, could someone take me a photo of how the little spring on the opening handle should be clamped? Somehow it doesn't work like it should...🧐 Thank you!!!
Has the problem been solved? My cooler wouldn't close anymore because the little levers didn't work. I don't know what the problem was, I sent it back to Galaxus and they couldn't fix it either. Now I have received a credit note for the price I paid at the time and I can now buy the same box for 50.-- more.... Great.
