Hi, my one lite scooter doesn't go faster than 13 km/h in sport mode, is this normal? What else can I do?

The SoFlow SO ONE Lite should reach 20-22 km/h in sport mode. A top speed of only 13 km/h is unusual. Possible causes are a low battery level, low temperatures, incorrect riding mode, low tyre pressure, a speed limit set in the app or a firmware error.
To rectify the problem, the battery should be fully charged, the driving mode checked and changed if necessary, the device restarted and the app and firmware updated.
