I bought the X21 and when walking (e.g. 2km/h) I notice that the motor or treadmill slows down a little with every step I take. As a result, walking does not feel consistently fast and regular. Is this normal with KingSmith devices of this type? It's not as noticeable at higher speeds. I would like to rule out the possibility that this is a defect in the device.
