I have another question: this product has 2 speeds, one speed goes up to 20km/h and the second speed goes up to 40km/h, is that right?

No, there is a Sport and an Eco mode. Both limited to approx. 22 km/h.
Sport mode simply has more power, accelerates faster and pulls up hills better.

I have had the device for about 4 months now and am very happy with it. The only disadvantages are the folding mechanism and the weight.
