I have just installed the bio force at home. The resistance at the lower weights is very high. I put on 24 kg Dumballs to compare with 2x5 kg in the machine. The pole in the machine did not move. So I would say that the kg are not correct. Could be me not installing correctly. Anyone else had the same issue?

When the dampers are inserted, it does indeed give the impression that the force is too high. However, bear in mind that you have a long lever with the aluminium arms and that the force is only correct on the outside of the lever, where the pulley is hooked in
