Question about Vmax VX4 GT

I received my VX4 GT today and unpacked it straight away. However, I noticed that the rear indicators on the rear wheel are somehow too robust. I've seen in several YouTube videos that the rear indicators are movable. So you can bend them forwards or backwards. However, my rear indicators are strangely too fixed and can hardly be moved. I can pull the indicators outwards by hand, but that's not the point, is it? They also look slightly different at the interfaces than the pictures show. Has anyone observed the same thing with the rear indicators?

I can move them in all directions. But I don't have that need in everyday life.

You're right, it bothered me a bit too, in the videos on the net they are mounted on a rubber.
