Question about Shimano Saint M820 / BL-M820
Is it a J-Kit? J-KIT = "junction kit": the brake is delivered with the hose connected to the caliper, NOT connected to the handlebar, allowing easy placement of the hose on the frame.
Not sure...I seem to have received them connected on both sides. With a little experience the purging is easy to do

Yes it is indeed a J-Kit with the hose connected to the bracket and to be connected to the handle during installation.
