..unfortunately this is the SoFlow reality! A product I would NEVER buy AGAIN. Shame for all Swiss products..and customer service ignores every request.... Hands off SoFlow products is my advice!

I also have the problem with the brakes. I have already exchanged one device but the new one has exactly the same problems. The brakes are extremely dangerous as soon as you let go of the brake, it brakes again with a jerk. So very dangerous

Yes, that's how it is. You have to get used to it! Otherwise you'll fall flat on your face. So if you apply the brake only lightly, only the engine brakes - but if you pull a little too hard on the brake, you have to be prepared and back off. It is also almost impossible to drive next to a running person - there is only full throttle or no throttle.
