Is the unit in operation one floor below and disturbing in adjacent flats? I find a quiet hiss less problematic than vibrations that are transmitted.

Helpful answer

No, we have installed the unit in the living area. A hissing noise can be heard during operation (only in the room itself). It should not be a problem in neighbouring flats or on another floor.
