This is a problem with the brake lever.
Please check whether the grips on the brake lever are loose. Check whether the wiring in the handlebars (where it was put together) is well connected. If none of this helps, please contact VMAX under Support. If necessary, record the problem via Galaxus so that the scooter can be sent in.
