Yes, stopwatch available

Stopwatch is available as an app in the standard setup.

Second hand: There are dials with a second hand or digital second display. I have installed the paid watch face "Tools Fit Watch", which also offers many other tools (calendar, torch).

And otherwise you can build your own watch face :-)
